--- 1 --- Oh! What a week it was! Similar to a roller coaster ride. Started the week in a freshly white washed and reorganized home. Commemorated 18 years of togetherness with my life partner on Tuesday; dined out and watched "Satyagraha" movie, good one by Prakash Jha. Wednesday to Friday were like riding a supersonic jet, which ended with my winning presentation at office. Friday night, all of sudden, I felt a strange void. This is what happens when we prepare rigorously for something and complete it successfully; after which we feel a vacuum. Was supposed to roll out this post on Friday evening as usual. But I was so tired that I did not know for how long I slept after reaching home. Missed the launch of KBC 7 too! --- 2 --- Marriage is an institution  We spent good 18 years together. I say "good" though most times were uncomfortable and unpleasant, just dotted with a few ecstatic moments. We made mistakes together, some could be rectified...

--- 1 --- It was a nice week. Started white wash work at home. Hopeful of completing it by this Sunday. Earlier look had bare cemented walls that looked raw and a bit dull too. Now they look bright with the ivory colour rendered by the primer. The marble floor is also reflecting the brightness. Everything that adorns the walls looks so nice. Finally, we'll have a fresh new look. Pictures next week. Fortunately the climate is being very cooperative, its pleasant. --- 2 --- Most quintessential elements in every home  I love organizing. Be it home, office or any space, anything. Perhaps this very nature of mine prompted me to become a librarian. As I cherish a dream of building my own house some day, I keep researching on house building, interiors, gardens etc. I am not talking about an apartment. May be a small but independent house. --- 1 --- Hello and sorry that I took an unexpected break last Friday. Though I wanted to write, I could not pull myself up to do so. Last two weeks have again been very very hectic, and to some extent eventful too, personally, professionally and officially. The thought of taking a break from all the activities has been constantly pestering my mind. Rains also lashed in the previous couple of weeks. --- 2 --- "Never let 'em see you sweat. --- 1 --- A week full of ups and downs......... time is like a barcode, full of black and white stripes. One can even draw the analogy of a sine wave, perhaps. While one moment is ecstatic, the other is extremely depressing and demotivating.... sigh! This is life! I could click some good pictures too. --- 2 --- Act of Random Kindness We all face difficult situations every now and then; caused by someone, unfortunately having unpleasant feelings towards us, whatever may be the reason. It makes us think, why, when we are not causing any harm to them or to their kin, are they so rude and unkind to us. This week has bestowed upon me an opportunity to experience someone's unkind attitude towards me. Yes, bestowed, I am saying because, the incident provoked me to think. The campus is already bright with freshman and the gleaming sophomores, juniors and seniors. The transformation in their feelings and attitudes as the freshman gradually climbs the ladder to a sophomore and so on, is interesting to observe. The freshman batch is mostly enthused and a bit more self disciplined in their dressing and demeanor. As they enter the next two levels, there is an air of reluctance.
